Of course! We have a “Freemium” model that is free forever. Or a “Trial” with more features that you can try for free for 30 days. So try us today and let us know what you think. Send us an email at contact@getscope.com and we’d love to hear your feedback.

We have a “Freemium” a “Pay-per-use” and an “Enterprise” model. The “Freemium” model is free forever, and with our “Pay-per-use” model you pay per user per day. A “Freemium” plan costs $0 per user per month, and the “Pay-per-use” model costs $0.25 per user per day. Which you can down-or-upgrade at any time. For companies or users who need more functionality, we have an “Enterprise” model. Feel free to contact us to see how we can help you.

You can buy a Getscope subscription with any major credit card.

Good question. Because who doesn’t want a discount. Contact us at contact@getscope.com. And if you have an interesting proposal for us, we won’t be the lame duck.

We are passionate about the web and we love SAAS Solutions. We don’t plan to offer an internally hosted version of Getscope. We hope you trust us to provide a robust and secure service so you can do the work only your team can do!

We have our very flexible “pay-per-use” model. Here you only pay for the active users you are currently working with. We charge per month and you can adjust the number of users at any time. So paying on an annual basis is no longer necessary.

We charge per calendar month based on your usage in the past month. You can find the invoice in Getscope under your ‘subscription’.

According to the rules of the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) law, we must securely store your data on our secure servers. We do this until you come back, or tell us where we need to export your data securely (only if the data contains personal data).

Only if can proven that the information contains personal data. if so, sent us an email to support@getscope.com and we discuss the options.

Yes you can delete your account. Please note that you will lose action to the account and all its data. There are also two restrictions to deleting accounts. If you are a non-administrator member like a project member you cannot delete your account. In this scenario, you need to ask the Admin (project owner) of your organization to remove you from those, or set you as a ‘deactive’ users. And if you are an administrator (project owner) you need to sent us an email on: support@getscope.com to let us know that you want to delete your account, we will investigate this request and if this is a valid request we will execute it. The reason for this procedure is to prevent fraud. Deleting an administrator account may have great impact for the project members.

With our pay-per-use model, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. In case of downgrading, the difference is credited from the moment the changes are made. The difference in cost between users will be shown on the next invoice you receive from us.

We use SSL encryption. So you can be sure that, with Getscope, your private data stays private. For detailed information check our security statement in de footer.

The mobile/tablet version are currently being built. We expect to deliver it in Q1 2023. Keep an eye on the website and or newsletter for updates on this.
