Can I try GETSCOPE before I pay for it?

Of course! if you choose the 'Free Trial' you can use GETSCOPE for 30 days before your trial ends. So let's give it a shot and let us know what you think about it. Contact us on contactl@getscope.com

How does GETSCOPE’s plans work?

The 'Free Trial' of GETSCOPE is available for 30 days. In that period you can add up 5 projects and 5 users. If you are in need of extra functionalities or need more storage space then we offer a 'Team' Plan which starts at €0,80 per user per month. If you are a medium or large company and want to benefit the extra functionalities like; resource management, Waterfall or extended reporting, feel free to contact us to see how we can help you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase GETSCOPE with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions over 25 members, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Monthly purchases must be paid by credit card.

How secure is GETSCOPE?

Protecting the data you trust to GETSCOPE is our first priority. GETSCOPE uses physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery, implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to better protect your information, and work with third party security researchers to ensure our practices are secure.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer you a 15% discount in exchange for an annual subscription. If you choose for an 'Enterprise' plan, there are possibilities. Just fill in the form and we contact you to discuss all the options.

Is there an on-premise version of GETSCOPE?

We are passionate about the web and we love SAAS Solutions. We don't plan to offer an internally hosted version of GETSCOPE. We hope you trust us to provide a robust and secure service so you can do the work only your team can do!

Is there an option to pay annually? Monthly bills are annoying.

Yup! You can pay monthly or annually. Select annual payment to get 15% off.

When will I be billed?

After you've purchased a Team or Enterprise account, we'll ask you to fill in your billing information. That will be the start of your billing cycle, and you’ll be billed on that day every month. You can alternatively select annual billing for a 15% discount.

What happens to my data if I stop using GETSCOPE

According to the rules of the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) law, we must securely store your data on our secure servers. We do this until you come back, or tell us where we need to export your data securely (only if the data contains personal data).

Can I export my data?

Only if can proven that the information contains personal data. if so, sent us an email to support@getscope.com and we discuss the options.

Can i delete my account

Yes you can delete your account. Please note that you will lose action to the account and all its data. There are also two restrictions to deleting accounts. If you are a non-administrator member like a project member you cannot delete your account. In this scenario, you need to ask the admins (project owner) of the organization to remove you from those, or set you as a 'deactive' users. And if you are an administrator (project owner) you need to sent us an email on: support@getscope.com to let us know that you want to delete your account, this is to prevent fraud. Deleting an administrator account may have great impact for the project members.

Can I change my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You will be charged/credited the difference between the cost of your prior plan and your new plan as soon as the change is made. Any credit you receive will be applied to your next invoice.

How secure is your site?

We use SSL encryption. So you can be sure that, with GETSCOPE, your private data stays private. For detailed information check our security statement in de footer.

Do you also have a mobile or a tablet version of GETSCOPE?

The mobile and tablet version are on our roadmap to be built and we hope to be able to roll them out asap. Meanwhile keep an eye on the site for updates.
