Scrum? What's that?

If you and your team want to deliver products or services in short iterations (sprints), Scrum is a good choice. Scrum is a method for developing software, products, or services in a flexible manner. You work with your team in short sprints and choose the length of this sprint (e.g. two or four weeks) yourself.

At the end of each sprint, you deliver a partial or end product as a result. In that sense, Scrum is different from Waterfall where the end or partial delivery often takes place at the end of the process. Scrum allows you to maintain more control over your deliveries and you can make more timely adjustments if necessary.
